Pam Duncan Glancy MBE
Rise Together is led by Pam Duncan Glancy MBE, a respected advisor in equality, governance, policy influence and institutional reform. Pam brings over 20 years extensive experience working with senior leaders, public bodies, the private and third sectors, institutions and mission-driven organisations navigating complex change. Her expertise spans equality and inclusion strategy; stakeholder trust and engagement; systems change; governance; and leadership influence. Known for combining strategic insight with practical implementation, Pam helps organisations move beyond intention to deliver credible, measurable progress. Her work is grounded in trust, clarity and outcomes.
Pam works as part of a team of associates, including Devin Scobie of Scottish Media Training, to provide a comprehensive service and all the advice needed to help you deliver the change you want to see.
