How we work.

Month 1 - Plan

We meet with your key stakeholders to understand the inner workings of your business and lay the strategic foundations for our engagement. We define the goals and KPIs, outline roles and responsibilities and begin the strategic thinking process.

Month 2 to 18 - Grow

We focus on the execution of our initial strategy and continually focus on growth. We take the reigns of your digital channels, including traffic generation (ads management, marketing, social), to site optimization (merchandising, conversion, AOV), to customer engagement (marketing automation, drip campaigns, repeat purchases, advocacy, loyalty).

Month 19 - 30 - Transition

We work with your team to identify and train suitable replacements, by identifying recruiting strategies or providing training for in-house staff. Your eCommerce engine will be humming and this transition will allow us to shift our focus to ensuring long-term brand growth.

Month 31+ Advise

Once your team is in place, we continue our engagement in an advisory capacity, offering a multifaceted multidisciplinary sounding board to further the success of your brand.
